I'm always genuinely fascinated where people have got, you know, a very well paid job, then leave it to go on this career of entrepreneurship. But that salary, that 70k salary, financed you to build 20 properties in the North East. Give me an example of one of your life deals that you own just so that people can understand what you're coming from. When I started, I was trying to find newish build stuff at around about 100 grand. So over a period of time, you kind of get appreciation for whether sweet or even your particular area.
