How to Trade ECB Meetings on a Simulator
The back four weeks is where we start putting them on simulators and monitoring their progress. And it's then that we start making decisions about whether we can put people live or whether we're willing to, you know, back people. We've got three or four people off our last course, one in the States that we were so impressed with how he was getting to grips with trading that we've actually backed him to trade from the States remotely. That takes a hell of a lot of trust because you're relying on someone to actually behave themselves and adhere to stops and risk management.
