In Syria in 2013, a war erupted like this. Protests came in and it very quickly became political. A 37-year-old man was walking to work when he was hit by a bomb. He had to get on a ship, pay a good amount of what he had left for the sea crafuge. The Coast Guard saved him and then he got another boat to get him to the Netherlands. His English is very, very weak; his primary language is Arabic. For four years, he was not able to get things really going at all. Then he met a guy who I told, hey, I'm organizing a conference in Amsterdam. We'd like to have 450 job
