What Should You Do if Your Health Insurance Company Denies Your Claim?
If your insurance company has denied you the care that you needor or your child or other loved one, you're in a pretty desperate situation. Most of the hundred and 50 million americans who are in employer sponsored health plans,. most of them are actually in what's called self funded plans. Your appeal needs to include your employer, not just the insurance company. If you're in an employer sponsored plan, they can adapt that plan however they want to accommodate their employees.
