How to Balance Literacy

I try to be I think I probably overcompensate too much in not wanting to put text in front of them and have them think they're supposed to read it when they haven't been taught how to read it. But the joy I see now and it does sound boring when they're starting out is at cat right that's what you're hearing but that is exactly what their brain needs. And so every time we add a new letter a new sound we can make a few more words right. Every time we'll do those on the board and I'll be saying you can read more words now now you can read this word that has in it and this word that had in it.
