The Importance of Connectivity in Mental Health

In Cameroon, women also are the emotionally stronger gender that works out ways to support one another with or without men. I think we've undervalued the power of those connections. That's all a disparity in mental health. And connectivity, because we always talk about this Harriet of the importance of like that four legs idea that you keep mentioning. But where are the points of sort of resilience and connectivity that kind of mitigate, mitigate against the mental health problems that would probably come from being a total outsider in your society.
