Sen. Feinstein's Commitment to the Filibuster Rules Is Not Going to Happen.

i'm very confident that with voter constituent pressure appl forty eight senators are ready to give that commitment. But some of them are going to need to be pressed. High on my list of those who may need some real pressing would be senator feinstein, senator angus king of maine and a possibly senator casey of pennsylvania.
