Shame is so primal and powerful, like a sad neurobiologically, evolutionarily, pretty close to disgust in a lot of the interaction there. So try to unreally unpack it. Second shame an a lot of these are socially reference to emotions. They evolve in community, and therefore their healing is in community. The last thing i'll say is that without feeling like you need to do this because you're bad in some way, just because it's true.
