The Benefits of Sunlight for Humans

There is a healthy quote dose of sunlight for every one of us. Light-skinned people don't need as much sun to make vitamin D, nitric oxide, and endorphins in the skin. People who are darker skinned have less efficient but more protected people in intense sun climates.
