The Importance of Resistance in the Stock Market
In March of last year, 2.6% of all stocks were above their 200 day moving average. That's a lot lower than the current 55%. If a stock is below its 200day moving average, that's a lot of supply. So if you've got a stock below the 200, it's just not going to get that much traction. The cool thing about the market is there's always another time to do it over again. It just won't happen for a while.
