Scotland has carbonized faster than any g 20 country. We pledge to cut emissions by three quarters by 20 30 and to be net zero by 20 forty five at we're also seeking to galvanize change on the global stage. It's ofte states and regions and small nations that can step in when the bigger countries fail to act. Size really, really does not matter. So claim it. Justice matters too.
