How Do You Know if You Need to Change Your Processes?

i like your point about reading widely. I think we all need to be doing that, both with our sor of, you know, colleagues and contemporaries work as well as other things in our nit. But i also wanted to talk about our mistakes and failures as kind of learning experience,. And whether it's a sign that you need to change or up date some of your processes. What do you gys think?
