The Dollarization of Russian Trade
Members of the China dominated Shanghai Corporation Organization have agreed to increase their trade in local currencies. Alexandra Prokopenko is former advisor at the Bank of Russia and joins CNN's John Defterios for a discussion on this issue. She says already these moves are helping Russia to circumvent the Western sanctions imposed on it after the invasion of Ukraine.
