The Role of Adult Education in the Digital Economy
There's a huge gap between the rhetoric over the years and so many governments have said, you know, adult education must be a priority. All our metaphors of education are all about sort of preparing kids for life. And I think that just to kind of, there was a boldness in that and a simplicity in that offer of free education for adults. It's just missing from this kind of incrementalist kind of tweaks that we tend to lose talking about adult education today.
