Do You Think There Need to Be More Goals?

There has been a lot of debate, but should it be 50%. I want to set a goal that's realistic. Getting from 10% to 30%, even in 20 years, takes all sorts of different initiatives. Last night we had our London gala and we gave awards to firms in the industry who are making progress. And what's exciting is if you're deliberate, if DEI initiatives are driven from the top,. If those firms are putting in place initiatives, internal and external, we are seeing progress. Would I like it to be quicker? Yes. But by setting a longer term goal and starting now being deliberate, I do believe it's possible.
