Is This a Draconian Undemocratic Thing?

Alberta is trying to make a statement about something but they're all going to be able to do that. So it's sort of a needle threading exercise in that way. The criticism flaws this isn't draconian and undemocratic law, right? It's actually taking powers that are exercised by the executive and tying them to resolution legislative resolutions. And so long as the eight powers are a little bit more watered down, that's potentially a democratic thing.
