YouTube Growth Hacking

I've been desperately trying to find out any ways to growth hack this YouTube thing. For example, for YouTube shorts, I haven't figured out a way. It's just like posting is like throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what's next. Do those videos show up on the search too? Yeah, they do actually. And also it really depends on the platform. What pops off on YouTube won't pop off on Instagram or TikTok.
