Shondell: I've come to understand about myself that I was put on this earth to ask meaningful questions. During my time leading people ops and talent management for RAs, I found that I repeatedly gravitated to coaching individuals and teams. And like Shondell, the kind of natural evolution of working with executives or leaders just naturally really devtills to working with their team within the organization.
