Applying Reverb to the Faraway Mice

i was wondering, you know, with these two recordings that i've made of the instrument, what would happen if i applied reverb to the far away mike? Would it just make it seem like superdistant? And would it really be a lot different to applying the same reverbs to the close mike? You know, it's a simple question. I mean, i feel like i know the answer, but, hey, it doesn't hurt to try, right? Because sometimes these seemingly simple ideas can potentially unlock some doors. Maybe not, but maybe they can. So, yes, that's what we're gong to do apply re verb to the two different recordings
