How to Get Motivated to Take Action
To me, it's all about managing my thoughts. And that starts with managing what i'm feeding into my brain. Finding the positive in a situation is much more motivating than seeing what's wrong. I don't know, if it gets stale, i can refresh it by simply going and sitting somewhere else in the house to do some of these things. It can be less impactful if you're doing it just as a matter of rot.
