Bill Belichick and the Patriots' Culture
Belichick has this established program they have this reputation so like you kind of know what you're getting into when you're joining the Patriots. I think part of that is just he's doing the onboarding for the players whereas Matt Patricia for instance got to Detroit he Gary Slade had already been there so it's kind of like a almost a chicken or the egg situation and I think a bigger part of it is free agency some of their bigger moves haven't worked out but sometimes they overdraft eyes and don't work out.
