Putting Up the Problem of Inference of Bayesian Inference

The organizing principle that you propose is prediction error minimization. So the brain has some like starting best guess about what's going on. And then it uses sensory signals to update these predictions. It takes them as prediction error signals. By minimizing prediction errors everywhere and all the time, the brain can approximate Bayesian inference on the causes of the sensory signal.
