Are You on a Vegan Diet?

If you're on a vegetarian diet, if it's like ovo lacto vegetarian, you've got plenty of calcium, vitamin D, protein, high quality protein sources in the mix. If you're getting a lot of your protein from eggs and dairy, from a nutritional perspective, you're basically an omnivore as far as I'm concerned. It's only once you start getting into vegan diets where we say, hey, we really need to make sure we're taking a closer look at a couple key nutrients. So that's one thing to keep in mind with a vegan diet.
