There's obviously a downside to being high in neuroticism like you feel more anxious or sad or whatever it is. People higher in neuroticism are more prone to depression anxiety and poor physical health as well. Amelia says she doesn't want to send the message that introverts should try to be more extroverted. "I think I'm guilty in the book of yeah definitely implying it's better to be extroverted"
