What Are Your Key Experiences in Your Career?
i would say there as kind of two examples in my career where i was at a dist functional start ups, a where im i, i guess my super power is somewhat that i'm a generalist. And so in a couple of these start ups, they definitely couldn't figure out what to do with me. If i hadn't kind of, like followed my true strenths, had not stayed inside the box tat people put me in, though, some of both of those companies would not have gone on to do certain things because there was no like instigator, which was me. Does that make sense though? I think sometimes you have to play it is a balance.
