The Bloater and the Child Clicker

I wanted the bloater to pick Perry up and rip him in half. It came close, but ultimately Nail was correct in suggesting something that felt more grounded anatomically would be more effective. I insisted that our child clicker wear a blues glue shirt because I'm really sick. The idea that she ultimately is killed by a kid felt sort of like a circular completion of that story. You're not supposed to feel bad if people struggle a little bit with how they feel about that moment. Sometimes it's a zero sum game; you know Joel drives back to that first family member who chooses not to help them or maybe died afterwards.
