Are Canadians Thinking Differently About Parking?

We have markets both in the us. And canada. So were in about, i think, ten cities now. But some markets want one point five to one parking. Some markets want two, two stalls per unit parking we've done. We've done buildings as low as point three stalls per unit. It depends on everything from a city policies all the way down the neighborhood policies. I don't think parking requirements should be in the city's hands.
