Danny Kedwell scored the winning penalty for AFC Wimbledon in a shootout against Manchester United. The match was played at Plow Lane, which will be built next year across the street from the old stadium. Without that win, Wimbledon might never have been able to grow enough to purchase and develop their new stadium.
