On december 12th 1985 a new dog monument by british sculptor nickele hicks was installed in battersea park in london this dog is modeled after her own terrier brock. It was commissioned by the national anti-vivisection society and the british union for the abolition of vivisection it was moved to a different location in the early 1990s as far as i know it is still there then in 2021 pala s o n published a novel about this called little brown dog  and also had a sort of lightweight model of the original monument producedThis model was placed for a time at the location of the original statue in latte
