Do I Have Capacity for Qualitative Research?

The way that I decide whether or not I have capacity is by putting together a research roadmap and backlog. This helps me determine my capacity levels and understand where I can and cannot slot in different projects. So if there is a huge project that's coming up that is very, very high priority for the organization, that then helps me say, okay, I have these two usability tests slotted in. They are lower priority. And then put in this higher priority project. That's when you can play around with prioritization and your capacity.
