The most important thing to know is a symptom or a phenomenon called post-exertional malaise. That's when someone can feel like they have the flu or they feel really unwell, as I said, when they've done too much of something in their life. If you're seeing someone with chronic fatigue syndrome on a good day, there is still a lot of merit in not going too high or trying to get any PBs. It's more about consistency and steadiness over time rather than it the good day, let's smash it.
