How Do You Measure That Your Employees Are Doing the Same?
Our four day week is a benefit when you're achieving your objectives. We don't sell days, which really helps because if you start selling days and you've suddenly got 20 % less days, that's really hard. So we use a lot of project management tolls, like monday and slack to make sure people are getting the same amount done. And again, we're looking like delivering certain levers of functionality for the platform. Again, that's very measurable and there is an expectation and understanding.
