Sport psychology is the scientific study and application of tools that you can use your mind to aid in physical performance. It also includes the clinical side that has to do with everything and anything that you would experience in an athletic career. So it really covers the whole spectrum of that whole person, not just how can i get faster, how can i yo no, stay motivated, and things like that. But rather looking at the whole person and trying to augment everything.
