Murder in the collective came very much out of life in seattle at the time, sort of feminist, slightly queer, a multicultural, a bit shabby. So with that, i was kind of oftan running, oh, it sot. I took her to rumania and transylvania. I set stories in hawaii and iceland and udaguay and a eventually venice. And i don't know if i ever actually planned to set her aside.
