Whenever i write a book or an article, i always have two or three little people on my desk. When i wrote sticky teams, i and some of my leadership books, i would have real people so i wasn't just writing to my tribe. I would be able to hear the yabut from some of the other tribes that i have the privilegei cause that's what a good communicator does.
