How Do I Grow Oyster Mushrooms?
Oyster mushrooms are probably the easy, if you have like zero experience and you're trying to get into it either oyster mushrooms or what they call wine caps are really good to start with. Wine caps are micro-risal so they can just be easily spread in your garden bed and don't need a lot of sterilization from you or anything. So those two varieties, one in the soil, one onto a wood substrate are really easy to start with without having to worry about setting up some sort of still air box or having a kind of flow hood or anything like that.
