The Motivation of Making a Difference in a Crisis
We have one therapy at least in our pipeline that could have direct applicability to severe COVID-19 patients based on some of the emerging data coming out of China. We think it has a strong biological rationale or at least hypothesis for potentially having an impact on severe CO VID-19 patients so as to justify taking it into clinical development very rapidly. And we've seen both the challenges from a talent management standpoint and motivation standpoint but also the sense of motivation that people take from having the ability to make a unique difference during a time of crisis.
