The Stockdale paradox, which I've written about a lot, similar like it was always sort of a level of hope and optimism in the future. And that overlines with one of my favorite things. Frankl's framework, I think, aligns a lot with Jim Collins' Stockdale paradox,. Which I think to me, you could use these same things for leadership. Like what's the leadership's on?
