The Importance of Trust in Gun Sales

If it's a gun made on or after January 1st of 1899, that's classified as a firearm. It's considered an antique under federal law and there's no restrictions whatsoever. If it has a shotgun with a barrel length of less than 18 inches or rifle with a barrellength of less than 16 inches, you're still restricted by the National Firearms Act. And yes, there were some. Very interesting. I don't know how they would show for certain whether a gun was was crossing a state line. Yeah, the transaction would literally have to be observed by a law enforcement agent.
