Is There a Risk of Default in Cryptos and Startups?
Concentration in one sector of startups and cryptos as a factor in the collapse. The best way to actually reduce average risk is to have a portfolio which is distributed across different industries let us say or different markets or different income groups you know so that the presumption there is you won't have simultaneous default like happen in 2008. But here firstly this is not even a risk of default here, the real problem entity in this was was an injection of cheap liquidity by the central bank into the market where money is used to engage in activity which can only be described as speculative but actually turns out to be glorified.
