Ukraine's Message to the West

I see a huge divergence between Western discussions of Russian ammunition constraints and this kind of new messaging line that Ukrainian officials have taken. I don't see anything like major Russian offensive, the Russian military returned to Kiev. There's no fresh Russian army being prepared beyond the Urals. It was illusion made a solution. That part I can stay with high confidence. But on one hand, obviously Ukraine has an interest in projecting success and trying to feed optimism, showing that it's making progress.
