Psychologist robin hogarth coined the terms wicked and kind learning environments. Wicked environment is one in which next steps are given to you, but rules don't change. Kind environment is where there's more of a chance that feedback could be wrong. Generalists better at pivoting than those who stick with same thing over and over.
