West virginia has no death penalty, but you can get life with a recommendation for mercy. The appeal was mainly on the fact that the defence counsil was denied individual wadier of the jurors. I think they just said, fuck these hill billies, washing our hands and the whole thing. Whateverilso has te sin ays gone fishing now? Is that wat on fishing? That's it, gone fishing. And u from what i could find, i could not find another and i couldn't find another case. So i think they just dismissed.
