The Name of the Lord Is Lord
When the Lord God is called Lord, it's not because he's the boss or the master. So Jews never ever say that sacred name; we transliterate it as YHWH. I won't say it either, because I think when Christians pray to the Lord, what we say is our Father,. following the Lord Jesus who gave us this prayer. If you can't say the name of the Lord, Jesus says, here's how you pray. Say our Father. so Father becomes the label for God, Lord become the label for Jesus.
