With the exception of a handful of flash back scenes, there are very few time jumps in this book. Houro: "It puts the burden on the reader to really think about who sydney is as a character" It's not like we're going onow, ten years into the pass and then, ye, you know. And i think that also helps with keeping the reader sort of grounded in sydney's character."
