The first step to becoming indistractible is to understand what a distraction is. Distraction is any action that pulls you further from what you plan to do, things that you are not doing with intent. An internal trigger is an uncomfortable emotional state that we seek to escape. Boredom, fatigue, loneliness, anxiety, uncertainty and stress are the primary drivers of distraction and procrastination.
