What Is Red Wine?
The stuff that makes red wine red a is a chemical called anthosynis and antho nins. A change colour depending on the p h of the of the solution they are in. So when you took, when you took the anthesinins out of solution completely, my guess is that the acids, whatever they are, were also able to escape somehow. And then you deluded, you deluded that with probably what is slightly basic tap water.
