The Importance of Focusing on Time Management

John Shocker: Time management, momentum and focus are two underrated things. He says if you have momentum doing something but stop for any reason, it's eight to 10 minutes just to get back to where you were. The first thing is when someone slams you with, hey, John, I'm not interested,. the first or I'm busy, I'm running into a meeting. Some people say, I'm in a meeting. Who does that? Right? And so the general tone behind it is "I assume you're going to take a meeting with me"
