Community Management - What's Your Story?

Community management is a broad range of skill sets and rolls within communitie. It's much larger than even what they're defining community management as ye wo. I'd love to hear a little bit just from your personal story first. What experiences in your life brought you to care so much about community? Most of us, if we are high functioning human beings, come from a history of a community. We just didn't notice it. So the big break through for me was noticing it before most of my peers.
