Fiber Evidence in a Killer's Case
There is a single fiber underneath the daughter's fingernail. How else would that have gotten under her fingernail? Had it not been in some sort of a scrap with her dad defending herself? Well, you know, I wouldn't say what I'm doing is putting on the defense attorney hat. What I am trying to discern whether or not the evidence is probative to determine who is the killer in this case. For me, that is so trivial. It just suggests that they are reaching in terms of trying to interpret this fiber evidence. And again, I putting no weight whatsoever on that finding.
